FAQ

Questions before you buy

What do I need to use it?

A Google account. A free Gmail account works. It runs in Google Sheets on a computer, and once it is set up you can open your dashboard link on your phone.

Google showed a warning that the app is not verified. Is that safe?

Yes. Each copy runs its own small script inside your Google account, and Google shows that screen for any script it has not reviewed. Click Advanced, then Go to CE Tracker. The script only reaches your copy of the Sheet and the files it creates in your Drive.

Who can see my records?

Only you. Your copy lives in your Google Drive, and nothing is sent to Therapy with Cassidy.

Does it know my state's requirements?

Utah is preloaded for interns, associates and licensed clinicians. For any other state, add your board's hours and categories once, and the tracker uses them from then on.

Are the certification requirements current?

Each one shows the date it was last checked against the official source and links to that source. Requirements change, so your copy is current as of when you buy it. Yearly requirement updates will be available to purchase. [VERIFY: update price]
